Question: my 18 yr old boy will not response when i call and he keeps on playing…he is not pointing the objects but he plays peek a boo and hide and seek and also plays with other toys..if am not around he will search for me and when i call him ..he will come to me…i don’t know whether he is responding by his name or by sound. does he had any problem

It sounds as if you are worried about his hearing. By all means trust your instincts and have him checked out by your pediatrician.
Sometimes children ignore us because they are so focused on what they are doing and do not wish to interrupt their processes.
