Dr. Mary Kay Keller is a member of the Family Life Coaching Association and has provided transformational Family Life Coaching for twenty-two years. Her clients are parents, grandparents, single parents, adoptive parents, foster parents, emerging adults and individuals facing life transitions across the lifespan. She has worked with parents of children with special needs, mental health issues, and emotional sensitivities. Dr. Keller works with individuals and emerging adults to focus on healthy dating strategies, relationship building, financial and emotional health. Dr. Keller’s transformational coaching is based upon transformational coaching techniques, and she structures each session on developing attunement, connection, and engagement skills to enhance life skills that last across the lifespan.
Dr. Mary Kay Keller is a Certified Family Life Educator and Human Scientist, a Certified Education Infant Massage Instructor, Professor, Transformational coach, Educational Research Consultant, and Author. Dr. Keller’s work supports individuals and families in changing their lives through the process of transforming their life stories. Dr. Keller supports the human experience with applied family science.
Dr. Keller earned a Ph.D. in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University, an MPA (Master’s in Public Administration) from the University of Utah, and earned her undergraduate degree from Weber State University in Psychology with honors.
Mary Kay Keller has spent the last 20 years studying Family relationships and optimal caregiving of infants (0-3), children, teens, and emerging adults.
