Subject: Cannot understand why infant daughter does this
Question: Hello,
Our 21 month old first born is a very energetic and active infant and quite normal she is. Off late we are at odds trying to understand her particular behavior. Whenever my wife and I sit close together or hold hands etc, our daughter starts wailing and tries to separate us. Her wailing stops as soon as we separate and she resumes her usual activity.
Why is she doing so? Not that it bothers us much, but just want to understand why she is doing this. Hope you can enlighten us.

Answer: Dear Mohsin,
She is your first born and is use to the attention. She wants in the center. She is almost 2 and everything in her worlds has been all about her. Her behavior is quite rational, don’t you agree?
She will grow out of it and you will one day remember this fondly.
